Yes, each boat has a maximum capacity for safety reasons. You can bring total 7 (Adults+Kids) onboard. Please refer to the boat descriptions on our website for more information on capacity.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use on our boats. If we suspect that you are under the influence, we reserve the right to cancel your rental and refuse service.

Yes, each boat departs the dock with a full tank of fuel. When you return, we will refill the tank. You are responsible for the fuel used during your rental period.
